CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be mindful of the following policies when booking your appointment: No-Shows If you DO NOT show up to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your total service amount. Cancellations Without Notice If you cancel your appointment less than 12 hours in advance (without communication), you will be charged 25% of the service total. Deposits All new clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $5 or $10, depending on the service. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, and it will be applied to your total at checkout. Late Arrivals Arriving more than 10 minutes late (without communication) may result in late fees or cancellation of your appointment, depending on the situation. Policy Notification This policy is sent to every client via email. It is your responsibility to read and review all appointment-related emails.
